4. Receive Your Phone Call

Once you pick the package, you can schedule your time slot and the length of the call.

Found something that doesn’t look right? Just ask or send a picture, and we’ll give you honest, expert advice so you know whether to move forward or walk away.

  • Smart Choice — $49.99: Two 15-minute phone calls. Ideal for consulting before and while you look at the car.

  • Ultimate Confidence — $59.99: One 45-minute phone call. This gives plenty of time to go more in-depth and even assist you live on the phone while you inspect the car, ready for any questions or problems you find.
